# Pricing: Blue Harbour Solutions

Prices are flat in the client's own currency: CAD for Canadian clients, USD for
US clients, with no exchange-rate conversion. Blue Harbour Solutions Inc,

## Navigator Assessment

- Price: $5,000 flat, in the client's own currency. $5,000 CAD in Canada,
  $5,000 USD in the United States. Not converted at an exchange rate.
- Payment: half on signature, half at the executive readout
- Duration: 7 to 10 business days, discovery session to readout
- Client time: approximately 4 hours of leadership time
- Included: leadership discovery session, stakeholder interviews where needed,
  analysis and scoring, the Navigator Executive Brief (five parts), and a live
  executive readout
- Guarantee (the Readout Guarantee): no fee if the client does not leave the
  readout with a clear independent call on the decision and a prioritized plan
  to act on, with the cost of getting it wrong quantified. The client judges
  this, at the readout, and is not asked to justify it. If invoked, the 50%
  paid on signature is refunded in full and the balance is never invoiced. The
  Navigator Executive Brief is granted on full payment, so it does not stay
  with the client if the guarantee is invoked.
- Not included: implementation, software licences, or ongoing support. Blue
  Harbour does not perform implementation work.

## Navigator Advisory (optional)

- Price: $3,500 per month, flat, same currency rule as above
- Term: three or six months, depending on scale
- Scope: vendor selection, contract review, rollout sequencing, and adoption
  support after the assessment
- Included: engaging implementation partners is part of this work, not a
  separate invoice
- Never a condition of the assessment. Many clients take the roadmap and run it
  themselves.

## What Blue Harbour never charges for or receives

- No commissions from any vendor
- No reseller margin
- No referral fees
- No hourly billing on the assessment, and no change orders
